EXCHANGE POLICY

Only applies to items purchased directly from Kate Finn.
We are happy to exchange an item which is not suitable however, we do not refund.
Items for exchange must be returned unopened in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us for approval on 02 48691201 or email order@katefinn.com.au
Freight charges for exchanged items will be at the expense of the customer.

Faulty Stock - all items are checked thoroughly before dispatch. Please contact us immediately for return approval.
